I am leaving this year’s conference galvanized to share what I’ve learned with my team, support them in their growth, and improve the program for my SPs. These are all worthy endeavours in and of themselves, but I am renewed in my conviction that this will improve learning outcomes which will, in turn, improve quality of care for healthcare users.
